Digital Rights, Policy and Governance

Global Tech Inclusion Network

At Global Tech Inclusion Network (GTIN), we promote a practical and inclusive approach to digital rights and governance. We work to ensure that digital policies and regulatory frameworks protect fundamental rights such as privacy, data protection, access to information, and freedom of expression, while also enabling innovation and development.

Our work focuses on research, policy engagement, and dialogue that bring the perspectives of women, youth, and underserved communities into digital decision-making processes. We support the development of gender-responsive ICT policies and responsible data governance practices that strengthen accountability and public trust. In addition, GTIN conducts awareness campaigns and training programs on digital rights to help communities, civil society organizations, and young people understand their rights online and how to protect them in practice.

By building the capacity of civil society, community leaders, and policymakers, GTIN contributes to digital systems that are transparent, inclusive, and aligned with international standards, including those promoted by the United Nations.
