Proscovia serves as the Manager - Digital Rights & Advocacy, at the Global Tech Inclusion Network (GTIN). She is a strongly passionate and driven young lawyer, dedicated to advancing human rights, the rule of law, and equitable access to justice for all.
In her role, Proscovia leads initiatives that promote digital rights, strengthen advocacy strategies, and ensure inclusive participation in policy and legal processes. She works at the forefront of protecting online freedoms, supporting communities to exercise their rights safely, and addressing legal and policy gaps in digital spaces.
