He oversees the design and implementation of innovative programs that harness data, research, and technologies to strengthen digital ecosystems and improve community outcomes. With a background in Computer Science and a strong focus on digital innovations for community development, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of social impact to design scalable, context-responsive solutions that address real-world challenges. His work bridges the gap between technology and community needs, ensuring that innovation translates into meaningful and measurable change.
