Whitney, is the Manager - Gender & Tech Access Program, at Global Tech Inclusion Network (GTIN), where she oversees the day-to-day implementation of initiatives that expand digital opportunities for women and girls. She ensures that program activities are effectively executed, monitored, and aligned with GTIN’s broader strategic goals.
Whitney works directly with grassroots communities, youth groups, and partners to deliver practical digital skills training, promote safe online engagement, and increase access to technology in underserved areas. Her approach emphasizes inclusion, participation, and measurable impact.
She is deeply committed to reducing structural barriers that limit women’s participation in technology and innovation spaces.
