Norine serves as the Organization Coordinator at Global Tech Inclusion Network (GTIN), where she provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the effective delivery of programs and partnerships. She plays a central role in strengthening organizational systems, coordinating teams, and building partnerships that advance GTIN’s mission and vision.
Additionally, she leads the Gender and Tech Access Program, spearheading initiatives aimed at closing the gender digital divide by expanding equitable access to technology for women and girls, particularly in underserved communities. Her work combines digital skills development, policy engagement, and community-driven innovation to promote meaningful and sustainable tech inclusion.
She is deeply committed to advancing gender equity in technology and empowering women to thrive in digital spaces.
